- Monitoring the construction works and assisting other consultants regarding compliance with the building contract.
- Preparing regular status reports on costs of the building works, regular site visits, attend project meetings.
- Advice and negotiation in connection with any contractual claims submitted by contractors and disputes regarding extensions of time, extras, etc.
- Measuring and agreeing final accounts with contractors and subcontractors.
