By managing the tender process, analysing contractors tender returns we recommend the most suitable contractor for the project. We assist our clients to appoint the contractor, negotiate terms and prepare relevant contract documentation.
During the construction stage we play an important role in managing the project finance. We assess the contractor’s interim applications for payment, monitoring progress, reviewing cashflow forecast and assessing the cost of change whether that arises from variation, delay or other unforeseen circumstances.
Throughout the construction process we provide regular cost reports giving our clients a clear understanding of the impact of change on the overall project cost to enable them to make decisions and give instructions so that the project achieves their objectives in relation to quality and value.

Every construction project carries an element of risk that can have a financial impact and increase the cost of a project. By applying our experience, putting in place appropriate contract documents we minimise those risks for our clients. However, occasionally disputes do arise and these usually relate to the cost of work.
